REVIEW:
Wrong Means Right End is the second book in the series featuring Nandhini, Sneha and Aditya. Though the book has recurring characters, this story can be read as standalone. Having read two other books by the writer, I knew what really to expect. So diving right into the review

Plotline
This installment is the story of Nandini’s best friend Sneha. Sneha is now divorced and is happy being a single mom, but Nandini being the ‘responsible’ best friend she is tries to set her up with eligible bachelors which more often than not ends up in a flop show. Finally in comes Nikhil with his own share of emotional baggage. Would Sneha and Nikhil fall for each other? Would Nandini get what she wished for?

This story was well laid out and more interesting which compared to the previous book in the series. Like the previous book, this story also had a positive ending. Not that I’m complaining, but a little variety could have made things even more interesting.

Characterization & Writing
For starters, this book was proof read well and didn’t have any glaring errors like the previous book. The writer has also toned down the usage of regional language which really helped the flow in reading. Needless to say, the writing was quite simple and brought in that feel of a typical Indian story. The characters were well sketched and elaborate well enough for a reader who hadn’t read the first installment. The writer needs to be lauded for not straying off the track and simply focusing on the character this book was intended for. However, I still had qualms with one character - Gayathri - I felt the writer is simply giving her too many chances for redemption. The romance between Nikhil and Sneha was built slowly thread by thread, making it an overall pleasurable experience for the readers. The writer also threw episodes of romance between Aditya and Nandini for good measure so that the readers don’t feel disconnected as far as those two characters are concerned. Evidently, the writer is also adept in mixing humor with romance. I cracked up all the time Sneha mispronounced swear words so that her kid won’t pick it up!
